Pricing is per campus and scales with student count, so a 300-student school isn't subsidising a 3,000-student one. There's an annual licence plus a one-time implementation fee covering configuration, data migration and training. Send us your student numbers and campus count on WhatsApp and we'll give you a firm figure the same day.
Almost certainly. We support multiple heads, instalments, sibling and staff concessions, scholarship categories, arrears, fines, partial payments and mid-year structure changes. We've yet to meet a fee policy we couldn't model — and we configure it for you during week one rather than handing you a manual.
Result card templates ship for Matric and FSc, O-Level and A-Level, CBSE, and IB. If your board or internal grading scheme isn't covered, we build the template as part of implementation at no extra cost.
Yes. Cloud hosting is the default and what we recommend, but if your board or ministry requires data to stay on-premise, we deploy to your infrastructure and train your IT staff on backups and updates.
We migrate it. Send us whatever you have — Excel files, a database export, or reports from an old system — and we map and import it. We reconcile the imported totals against your own figures and get your written sign-off before go-live.
No, and we design for that. Teachers mostly use one screen: mark attendance, enter marks, set homework. Training for teaching staff takes about ninety minutes. Admin and accounts staff need a half day.
Fully. The interface has a proper right-to-left Arabic layout — mirrored, not just translated — and Urdu names, addresses and result cards render and print correctly. Parents can choose their own language in the app.
Attendance and marks entry work offline in the teacher app and sync when the connection returns. The web application is built to stay usable on slow connections, and biometric devices buffer locally during an outage.
