The challenge
The existing booking journey ran to nine screens, demanded account creation up front, and failed silently on slow connections. Most patients gave up and phoned reception instead, which defeated the point and kept three staff permanently on the phone.

- Real-time consultant availability synced from the clinic management system
- Automated WhatsApp confirmations and 24-hour reminders, cutting no-shows
- Arabic and English interface with a fully mirrored right-to-left layout
- Reception dashboard for walk-ins, rescheduling and cancellations
