The challenge
Each of the four campuses kept its own fee register, its own attendance sheets and its own admission list. Monthly reporting was assembled by hand and was typically three weeks stale by the time the directors saw it. Nobody could answer a simple question — how much fee is outstanding across the group right now — without two days of work.

- Unified student and staff records across all four campuses, with a single ID scheme
- Bulk fee challan generation with per-campus bank accounts and consolidated reconciliation
- Biometric attendance integration on existing ZKTeco terminals, with automated parent SMS
- Group-level dashboard showing collection rate, enrolment and attendance per campus, live
- Parent mobile app in English and Urdu, covering fees, attendance, results and notices
